We only collect the information you choose to give us: your name and contact details when you fill in a form, contact us by email or WhatsApp, or subscribe to our newsletter; the information needed to register you for a course or an exam; and basic, anonymous statistics about how visitors use our website (pages visited, browser type). We do not sell personal information to anyone.
We use your information to answer your questions, to register you for courses and assessments, to give you access to the UPSKILLING Academy learning platform, to send you our newsletter if you asked for it, and to improve our website. If you no longer want our emails, every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, or you can simply write to us.
We share learner information only when it is needed to deliver our services: with LRN to register you for a qualification or assessment, with our newsletter provider to send emails you requested, and with the companies that host our website and learning platform.
