Section 6: Resources and learner support

10.1 Lack of registrations – LRN will carefully monitor the level of registration of new centres. Should you fail to register learners within the first 6 months of approval, LRN will suspend the centre, pending a review of activity.

Should I become aware of information which is within the purview of LRN, I will make that information available to them, without delay. Failing to provide such information may delay or provide sufficient cause to LRN to reject my application.
